1.Consumption of alcoholic drinks and smoking within the Eco Tour Location is prohibited.
2.While reporting , Visitors are requested to bring a valid ID proof in original and display them along with the SMS/EMAIL confirmation received during the time of booking.
3.Visitors are requested to report ON Date as specified by them during booking.
4.Please note that once booked ONLINE bookings cannot be CANCELLED/MODIFIED and NO REFUND will be made.
5.The reservation of visitor(s) reporting after the reporting Date will be automatically cancelled and NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR SUCH CANCELLATION.
6.Due to administrative grounds and unavoidable circumstances like Flood or Heavy Rains or Mudslides the Range officer reserves the right to cancel the reservation. At such exigencies, reservation may be made to some other date as per the choice of the visitor.
7.All Online Booking are non-transferable.
8.All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts only.
9.All Booking related information will reach you through SMS/EMAIL and we take your consent to send SMS/EMAIL to the mobile number/EMAIL ID provided at the time of booking.
