Policy & Booking Conditions 1.Forwarded SMS /Mail is not a valid e-format of your booking and it will not be accepted. 2.Consumption of alcoholic drinks and smoking within the Eco Location is prohibited. Persons in inebriated state will NOT be Allowed inside the Eco Location. 3.While reporting, Visitors are requested to bring a valid ID proof in original and display them along with the SMS confirmation received during the time of booking. 4.Visitors are requested to report ON Date as specified by them during booking. 5.Soaps, Detergents, Shampoos and all sorts of Plastics are prohibited within the Eco Location. 6.Do not carry or damage any government property with yourself as it will be considered as criminal offence. 7.The reservation of visitor(s) reporting after the reporting Date will be automatically cancelled and NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR SUCH CANCELLATION. 8.Due to administrative grounds and unavoidable circumstances like Flood or Heavy Rains or Mudslides the Range officer reserves the right to cancel the reservation. At such exigencies, please contact The Forest Department to get your amount refunded. 9.All Online Booking are non-transferable. 10.All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts only. 11.All Booking related information will reach you through SMS/Mail and we take your consent to send SMS/Mail to the mobile number/Email provided at the time of booking.
